Stopped by in March and October for rafting and kayaking respectively. The staff is very experienced. The guides brief on how to approach every rapid before actually doing it so you feel comfortable when you run the rapids.

We had a blast, the rapids were thrilling ( High Adventure-class IV and V rapids) and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our guide Jefe was the best!! We will definitely come back in April. Highly recommend this company.

Highly recommended!

We did the 7 hour trip. Our boat guide was the "team leader" and his name is Scott. He was great. Safety was the priority of the day. Scott was informative about the river, its history and everything about the trip/rafts. This was my first rafting trip in the US. My previous experiences were in Canada. There seemed to be a lot of wait time between each rapid. That was due to the fact that there were 7 rafts; between setting safety lines and then waiting for each raft to run a rapid before proceeding the last 2 rapids took almost 45 min each to run. Previous experience is recommended for this trip, but the guides coach everyone prior to each rapid so it is known what is expected of them and what is to come. We had a few newbies on the trip and they did well. Nice trip! My single complaint is the cost of the pictures after the trip. I thought the price was a little steep (100 for the CD, 20 for 1 .... etc). I thought that for the price of the trip, they could have thrown in a pic or 2 (via email or w/ your own media).

Our office spent a Friday up there and thoroughly enjoyed it. cant say enough good things about these guys. very professional and super fun. I would highly recommend this for anyone interested in trying out rafting. This was my first time ever going and i absolutely loved it!

The kayak clinic is done a bit differently as it involves lower class rapids, but more time on actually how to approach & read each rapid. My particular thanks to Mary for being very informative, for teaching the rolls and also for lending a helping hand when I screw up. One feedback is to try out the kayak perhaps before carrying it to the launch point – it is very difficult to squeeze into the kayak if your body dimensions doesn’t quite fit inside the boat!

Getting stuck on some rocks, close-calls with some rapids are expected but the overall experience is safe and fun. The staff strikes a good balance between coaching and having fun. My thanks especially to Scott and Mary for the rafting session. They were very professional and helpful.

Excellent guides and service. They really know what they're doing and it's no problem to feel safe with them. When you go give Carson a shout and he'll take care of you!
